how much power do i need to run a coffee machine from a mobile van?

The Coffee pot should tell you the wattage on it chances are about 1500 to 1800 watts and then a Small fridge could run as much as 500 watts more after start up. I do not think that a 1500 watt generator would work for you more on the lines of 2000 watt or 2.5 kw generator or even a 2000 watt converter and a small 1500 watt generator would do
