This is a mask that I’ve recently discovered that actually helps. It’s proven the orange peel helps whiten/ lighten your skin tone so that it helps make dark spots (like from past acne) lighter. :] And of course, milk helps with getting softer and more healthy skin as well. :]
To get Orange Peel Powder:
1. Dry Orange Peels in the Sun
2. When COmpletely dried, grind into fine powder :]
*For the grinding, I put the orange peels in my coffee bean grinder :]
**Note: Doing this daily helps make your face lighter, the results take time…lol so no instantaneous results…

To make this wonderful scrub (high in softening fats and lipids) simply grind whole, raw, unsalted almonds in a coffee grinder, blender or food processor until it looks like parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
