A new term in the kitchen. The Syrian Lebanese kitchen continues to amaze people, since this for a lot of people an unknown term had been.
The tastes are a class separately, and a new culinary taste maker.

People like the kitchen because is has a lot of front courses. These courses are called masas, wich is very similar with the Spanish tapa.
There are a lot of different types of maza where you become submerged by. Especially because each maza has its unique taste. There is therefore for everyone a maza that he/she likes. An excellent choice for friends and family. We also call the maza cosy in company dishes.

In our kitchen we work with ambition and enthusiasm for contemporary and original head Courts. Only fresh products pass our kitchen on the way to you.
The restaurant has arrangements for you and your family or friends to dine, lounge or party with sufficient space. In the restaurant we regulary have an artist who comes to play live music for your pleasure.
The most romantic part of the complete restaurant is the conservatory. This creates with its large glass windows and sparklinng lights, a shiver up your spine. From opening untill we close you can eat or drink with a beautiful view on the mill of Sloten.

The Lounge which is opened on the first floor of restaurant Syriana, has become very exceptional after a Arabic makeover.

We call it; The oasis of pleasure.
Its been decorated on an Arabic style with the topic; a 1001 nights. This is an ideal place to relax or just talk about.

In the lounge theres regularry is a bellydancer, which comes to perform. Furthermore there is the possibility of smoking the argile ( Arab water pipe). This is under supervision and with istance of the staff.
At the bar there are various types of spirits available. Our drinks-menu also has a selection of Arabic tea or coffee, fruit juices and tails.

Restaurant Syriana has a room where receptions, meetings, large diners and business events can be held. This space is on the ground floor of the restaurant and is named the Edenroom. Our other rooms are also available for events.
We take care of the catering for these events. At events such as a reception, there is a possibility for a French/ Dutch menu.
At the planning for an event, youll be helped by us to insure you have the right information and planning for your event.
Restaurant Syriana has an own parkingcenter of fifty places. Nearby parkingspaces are estimated at eighty spots. The restaurant is near the main highways of Amsterdam and easilly reached. Its near Schiphol Airport, and therefore an excellent location to be indicated as an meetingpoint.
